Music may be entertainment for youth but it can be lethal for others. A young age group may enjoy loud music but the case is not the same for old age groups. According to WHO report approximately one-third of persons over 65 years are affected by hearing loss. Nearly 80% of people with disabling hearing loss live in low- and middle-income countries like India, Ghana, Peru etc. 630 million people are estimated to have hearing loss by 2030 and over 900 million by 2050.
