Bikash poddar who come from Bihar, India, had come to Kathmandu Nepal when he was Young, he support his father and similarly, Bikash was the eldest son of the house and after that gradually the burden of running all the families came on him due to that he could not study much. since then Bikas started doing the work of sanitatior of Waste but it was not so easy to get the job so he struggles hard and his hard work gets paid and he got the job and since then his heart was in this Kathmandu .
